InvoiceXLSX provides invoice extraction and data processing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Some aspects of the service are provided on a subscription basis. Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
Refunds. All payments are final. When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal ends once that service has begun. Changing your mind, not using the service during a paid period, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or buying the wrong plan or term are not grounds for a refund. We refund a charge only in these cases, where our records and those of our payment provider support it: a duplicate charge for the same period caused by our billing, an unauthorised use of your card reported to us within 14 days, or a confirmed fault on our side that made the service entirely unusable for a continuous period and that we could not resolve after you reported it. To request one, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. A granted refund is limited to the amount paid for the affected period and goes back to the original payment method. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.
In no event shall InvoiceXLSX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
